  • Help Your Child to Count from Early Age

    Count with your child

I started to teach my 5-year-old son of the fundamental concepts in mathematics and I think it is very important to be with your child. We started as soon as he returned home, and although I’ve used it before this help, I’ve never had a regular basis, consistent approach.

I do not think that just believing. When I was young, I was told to expect a decade or more. In the real world that we are not counting only thing – well, it depends on how much you drink!

The Foundation Phase for children aged 3-5 years in Britain. It is important that your child will master the basics. Mathematical concepts are very important. This requires time and patience to teach a child. Begin as early as possible, most children are more capable of learning in the age of two.

Let’s start reading to your child look like this: Here are ten simple steps to your child to count -

    1) Including your child is always something to see. Once he / she is a good concept that you can still move objects without counting. You can shells, buttons, cotton buds. Just be sure to cover it, then – we do not want unpleasant incidents.

    2) Have your child help you put your purchase. Calculate how much you buy apples, cans, etc. with fruit, eggs

    3) Count your fingers and toes, teeth, lines on the palm of your hand. It is important not what you expect, but expect. I was surprised when my son wanted to assume his chair in the bathroom, but it shows how excited he is!

    4) Ask your child what he / she wants to count and calculate what happens to them.

They are more interested in the activities they have undertaken.

5 say) with your child and a lot of praise and encouragement.

Word 6) Finally, do not rush. It takes time to learn and each day your child will develop new skills and to recall information that he / she has learned. This does not happen overnight. Once the child feels secure that he / she begins to have more.
