Homeschooling and Educational TV
Again and again we hear that television is bad, and it destroys the spirit of the American public. It appeared that children spend too much time watching television, and often ends up getting what they see and imitate behavior. This is unfortunately a large part of behavior on television and on reality TV shows, sitcoms, and some of the less than stellar to do something good for anything but dummy programming on the American people.
How much of it is true, so much myth and how much we can attribute our observations? Is TV to society or the society requires television programs that reflect their own reality mock? Yes, I know it’s probably a decent question, and one that perhaps says Jerry Springer, when critics say that he caused the decline in America. He said: “I’m just people what they want, if you are worried about the company, you should talk with them, I am.”
Well if you are homeschooling your children may be a question, you should allow them to watch TV? If your TV as a reward their homework, and it is something they look forward too? If so, and they watch TV as a reward for their homework or homeschooling lessons, so maybe it’s the wrong way to approach him. And I’m not critical or tell you how to manage your children or do homeschooling, I only ask that you look in the mirror and look at some of what I say here.
Now if you have cable TV, and many Americans, you will notice that Discovery Channel has all kinds of programs. They are documentaries about the environment, weather, history, how things are done, engineering marvels, and even the military channel, military history – they’re all really good, and when they are placed together in a professional manner, they can enhance your homeschooling program .
But if you’re completely against television, and you do not have these educational programs for television, you should see your children to study from books, and perhaps on the Internet, and some say that the Internet is just as bad, and most of the books we have are not with us in the next decade. If you are in school, they have to do italics? Now’s your type? In the future no one will write italics, and nobody will ever use a typewriter and eventually everything is voice activated by voice recognition software.
TV is a good tool when used correctly and it does all these things before, if not listed. Yes, I hope you give it a serious consideration and I hope you can remember.
